If you truly love as the Bible tells you to, you’ll love people enough to let them choose their partner and their sexual identity. Like all men and women being able to vote in America and not having separate services for different races. If you can’t express love that Christ himself compels you to show, I’d rather you weren’t a part of the group that does.Īlso, gay isn’t about being cool. I hope you can open your heart, and your mind to the LOVE that you are denying yourself, and God by supporting this company which completely bastardizes the real message of Christ. Think about Christ for just a moment, and after all of the examples he portrayed in the bible, with Mary, the fallen woman, and healing the Centurion’s same-sex lover… and then look at your behavior. The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”Ĭhrist is about love, and forgiveness. UN-cool? You sound like a Christian, so, I’ll just remind you of what Jesus said:Ībove all, continue to love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins. Gina, how is having an opinion which is supportive and loving towards ALL people. There had to be one, didn’t there? I was so blissfully happy that all of the comments were so supportive, and kind. Google “other names for MSG” and carry that list with you so you can check when you go out to eat. PS- for those of you who are seeing this and have discovered MSG bothers them, you should know that it has many different names, so companies and restaurants can cleverly state “we don’t use MSG” but actually still use it. My best friend just so happens to be Japanese. Sadly, racism is a huge problem, but not the reason for every single thing that some of us speak up against. Here in America, many people choose to consume things they know are bad for them and then they wonder why they feel bad and/or worse, develop serious illnesses/diseases. I should also note that in Europe, they haven’t used MSG or artificial sweeteners (another headache trigger) for many years because they know the problems those additives cause (I’m originally from Europe so I know this firsthand). Btw, same with Taco Bell as they use MSG too. Not even slightly worth the few minutes of happiness that my tastebuds experienced. All I know is that when I consume either of their chicken, I end up feeling extremely bad with a migraine that lasts for at least three days. Companies like Chick-fil-A and KFC apparently haven’t found a way to create their famous chicken without MSG so of course, being the huge companies that they are, they defend the use of it. the unfathomably controversial Chick-Fil-Gay video (scroll down for recipe)įrederick, I can’t use MSG (causes extremely bad migraines that last for days – and pain killers do not help) and for you to say it’s due to racism is utterly absurd! MSG also increases blood pressure (not a good thing) too. You can totally make this into nuggets, too! Just cut the chicken into smaller pieces, marinate 20-30 minutes, continue as directed. If you’re still skeptical, please skim the comments on this post there are several substitutions offered for pickle juice!) Instead, the pickle juice marinade just makes the chicken really juicy (and salty). (And for the confirmed pickle-haters who’ve expressed concern over the chicken tasting pickle-y, fret not! Numerous commenters have agreed that the final product does not taste like pickles. Those very cheap, slightly yellowish “hamburger dills” work the best in my opinion, for the juice marinade and the pickles themselves. To make it “just like” CFA, serve on a buttered, toasted white bun with two (only TWO) slices of dill pickle. If you’ve been dreaming of a way to make your very own junky fast-food-that’ll-kill-ya at HOME, today is your lucky day with this Chick-Fil-A copycat recipe! Here is Chick-Fil-A’s secret recipe* and my secret* home-frying technique, because unlike those chicken behemoths, CFA and KFC, we little people don’t have pressure fryers in our kitchens.
